SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- All products are in stock unless unless stated otherwise.
- If there is a delay on shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- All orders received by 12 pm AEST Time will be shipped same day from our Sydney Warehouse.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Completion Email with your tracking details. If you have not received your Order Completion Email within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder, if you have still not received it please email us a request and we will resend it to you.
- Orders are dispatched monday thru Friday. No orders are dispatched on weekends.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post and subject to Australia Post’s Terms and Conditions.
- Express Shipping – Generally 1-3 Business Days. (Regional areas in WA or NT may be longer)
- Regular Shipping – Generally 2-7 Business Days. (Regional areas in WA or NT may be longer)
- Once your order has left the warehouse, please check your order status via Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- New Zealand – Regular shipping (Generally 5-7 business days) Express Shipping (Generally 1-3 business days) Busy periods may be longer.
- North America – Regular shipping (Generally 5-10 business days) Express Shipping (Generally 1-5 business days) Busy periods may be longer.
- If your order is delayed by customs your order may take longer to be delivered.
- Each country has different import regulations in relation to import duties, sales tax and prohibited items, so we advise you to look into this before ordering.
- Buyer is responsible for paying import duties.
RETURNS
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged due to our negligence.
